Controls not intuitive There is no indication that the game has loaded Something like a Start or Play would be useful It also took some time to figure how to play Why isn t there any tutorial or instructions Furthermore there are bugs like the entire puzzle flipping upside down and puzzle pieces getting stuck at the bottom         Wen Li See

i would have given a 5 star rating I love ed this app until the last couple of weeks l played it daily Then it would continually close if I wasn t connected to the Internet now it won t stay open even when connected it s been almost two weeks with no response to my emails 09 03 19 UPDATED Zimad corrected my issue and now having the same problem This is a great app hope the get this problem resolved     Linda McBride

I have played this game for a long while now and have enjoyed it immensly After the last update it has been a joke I wait for the ad to play and it doesn t so I can t play the game I read another player s complaint and your response was that you were working on it and to be patient that was on 8 27 19 How long does it usually take to fix         Jane Dodge

The game is fun I like the puzzles But it drains battery dies often and the ads often come up in the middle of solving puzzles which is annoying Too many pop ups during play and to navigate to the puzzles I just want to put the puzzles together and don t care about all the points and challenges             Gerry Sander

App is great when working Recently app locks up and can t even open a puzzle to solve Everytime I select the green arrow to play a short ad the app locks up I have to uninstall and reinstall it I can t solve any daily puzzles Please unfix whatever you did with the upgrade I still can not play the daily calendar puzzles It locks up when trying to pay the add How do I resolve this issue Ty             Darlene Kosub

This is one of the better jigsaw apps I have played Daily free puzzles to play The adds are a little annoying but they gotta make money some how and they aren t as bad as some apps Only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the app periodically locks up and closes during play Other than that I like it a lot             Sean Gibson

full of ads i understand that you need sponsors and those sponsors will require you to have ads in the application but the number of ads is too much for comfort update as of 19 sep Sorry ads does not help to make your app free of charge but a way of getting funded you are indirectly forcing users to purchase ur application to avoid ads those ads are not those small banner type display at the side but are those that forces you to download and watch before every play     Koh Tee Meng

Your latest update does not allow doing daily puzzles I select the of pieces and rotation then tapped the green to play the ad It never loads The program stops responding Very sad Update This has now been 3 days that the program freezes in the same place Have not been able to do any puzzle Zimads response is the same for everyone obviously there is more to the problem and they keep brushing us all off Update 8 30 Thank you for the response that you are working on it     P Ishihara

I think it s a great time filler with Beautiful pictures But there are a few problems The first being it tells me no more ads when I haven t played all day The second problem is it freezes up after about 30 minutes and then it kicks me off This only happens on my phone it works great on my tablet             K Rhoads

I enjoyed this app for a year Then it just stopped working after I bought nearly 100 puzzles to use on a long trip After nearly a month I have given up and will delete the app Losing all the puzzles I bought Wish I could give the app zero stars App opens and works for 30 seconds then gives me a message saying it has stopped It cannot be reopened Last puzzle took me a week to finish     Lyn Love

I love the game overall but the ads are crazy out of hand However there is a few ads that crash the game particularly one called solitaire cube with the woman who wins 500 10 and then 100 Every time at 1 second left it freezes and no matter what I do it goes to download the app and I have to clear off the game and the popup from recents to get it off losing my watch to play every time also I can t play some old months puzzles I already had making me download again but wont even though its free                 Jennifer Holmes

I have been playing this game for a long time I like doing the 365 daily puzzles but am unable to do so any more I don t mind watching a short ad but when I press the green video button the app freezes no ad plays and I cannot access the puzzle I cannot send a screenshot because the ad does not play at all and the app freezes This app s format is the best but I am increasingly ready to uninstall and move to a different app Please fix this NOW     Linda Catlett

Ads literally make the game unplayable Literal popups and ads that auto open browser Yes ads are fine but when they re literally stopping me from playing the game by opening anpther window or a popup that can t be closed they re not Guess that s how you get people to pay 8 a month     DeAgLeZ254

The puzzles are beautiful and I enjoy the challenges However there are way too many ads The ads at the beginning are fine and to be expected for a free app However there are so many pop up ads during game play that make it difficult to complete the puzzles It s very frustrating Also the ads rarely load for the bonus cards If the pop up ads were removed this would be a five star app         Megan Nelson

Suddenly Very Bad It appears that we are now being extorted into buying their far too expensive monthly subscription in order to have any fun or access to new puzzles For instance as if today I discovered that I can no longer unlock all my daily puzzles in a month for 2 99 I have 2 choices I can pay coins per puzzle to unlock that second daily or I can access all by purchasing the subscription I wouldn t care except that the monthly subscription is really only worth 6 or 7 bucks         Lauralee Whitcomb

Despite multiple attempts the daily card game that continually pops up does not work The ads never load The puzzles are good but support have offered several options in an attempt to fix it but nothing works I would rate it higher except for this continuing issue             Laurie Alexander

Your app still is having issues with getting the bonus s to run properly I either get the message that there is an issue with running or it just sets there and spins I try not to play this game to much Sorry not a game that seems to work very well This is the third time I have up loaded this app the first time I was able to get as far as level 62 then level 7 this time I ve only gotten to level 3 when the issue started again I think your design department needs to look at this         Morgan Graham

I loved this game until everything changed I had paid for no ads but when I got a new phone and transferred to app from the old phone to the new phone the ads starting appearing again There are too many ads especially in the middle of a puzzle Why do I have to pay yearly to have no ads I think a one time reasonable fee is appropriate Disappointed with the ads Still love the puzzles                 Anne Berman

Too many ads and it gets stuck on the ads loading so that you can t ever get to the puzzle until you come back later or go to something else It s very frustrating and although I love doing the puzzle I m about to uninstall it Also during working a puzzle they disappear and you have to start over             Pam Haywood

Review update After the latest update this app is now broken Support just sends the same handful of scripted responses that fix nothing I m done Time to uninstall I have been playing this app for awhile I would ve given 5 stars but recent changes have caused problems with the bonus game The ad will not load and you miss out on your prize Also the 2 daily puzzles were free and now the 2nd puzzle costs 100 coins Not pleased with this app anymore Just isn t as as good as it was     Christy Larson

I have been enjoying this for a long time until the new video ads show up now way too many times during the game There is one that won t go away so you have to go out come back in and within a few minutes it pops up again It s a total waste of time now so I will now be get getting rid of this game     Chris Lawton

Lovely idea Downloaded to play to relax Got one picture of Iceland done on easy mode Uploaded a favourite photo but things got difficult with VIP mode coming all the time Tried to explore this app and just got confused by it s layout Sorry but gave up I need to relax not struggle         Malcolm Abram

I really enjoyed playing this game but now to do the 2nd puzzle of the day instead paying a small amount to open the whole month of puzzles you have to subscribe and pay a lot more each month Also the extra game you can play to win coins or stars doesn t work it keeps saying no ads available Is anyone else having the same problems             Kim Jepheart

Good until very recently I have been playing a little while and I went in today to do some of the 365 puzzles that I always do and I found out that I had to pay to get previous months that I already had unlocked I have had them all unlocked since the start of the year I don t think I ll be playing this anymore since I can t access old months anymore The puzzles are beautiful and the ads weren t that bad IMO but I d rather not pay to play if I want more than just the 365 puzzles             Amber Jones

As another player has said that when trying to get the daily jigsaw it says no adds ads available so you can t play the daily ones even when I haven t watched any ads it says the same thing no ads available but despite this This game is the best jigsaw game you will find ive tried all the rest of them and I ve kept this one I ve only been playing for a few months but I m addicted to it I recommend to everyone download and enjoy                     Helen Pearson
